Our discovery process is where we chat with you to find out what your business needs are. This stage involves gathering specific information, such as:

Certain factors will have cost implications, for example, how the product is shipped into the warehousing (i.e. type of container and also how many shipments the goods are supplied in) affects the cost of unloading it and decanting it.
