Your Personal Data – Quotes & Contact Us
The personal information we collect is limited to the personal information you volunteer should you complete our ‘Contact Us‘ or ‘Quote‘ forms and we use this to fulfil your request for a quote, or for us to contact you. This data is stored by us and used solely for the purposed of fulfilling your enquiry. We never share any customer details with any 3rd parties and follow the principals of the UK GDPR regulations in our use and protection of your data. You can read our full privacy policy below.
If we provide you with a quote for our fulfilment services, we would like to keep in touch and will send you the occasional email newsletter. For this purpose we only retain your email address and name. We hope you find our newsletters of interest, but if they are not for you and you wish like to opt out, no problem.
Simply click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter and that will automatically remove you from our mailing list. Or you can opt out at any time by emailing us directsales@fulfilrr.com
Your Customers Data
If you are a client of fulfilrr, we hold your customer data within our CRM system for the sole purpose of fulfilling your customer orders. We only hold the data that is strictly necessary to do this, we do not conduct any analysis on the personal identifiable data, nor ever contact your customers directly.
In line with the GDPR data storage limitations guideline to ‘not hold data for longer than is necessary’, we dispose of any customers personal data from our CRM system 12 months after the order dispatch date.
The only reason we need to hold any customer data past the order dispatch date is to enable us to reconcile any returned items back to the customers order.
