All you need to know to get your products into one of our warehouses and into your customers’ hands as quickly as possible. We’ll pack and ship the goods into one of our warehouses and then we’ll deliver them to your customers.
How do I get set up with you?
We’ll set up an initial discovery call which will typically take 30 minutes to one hour, we’ll talk about your products, how you need them stored, how you would like them packed, how it will be shipped to the warehouse, if you’d like us to check the goods inwards, how many orders per week we’d expect and the delivery options you’d like to offer. When we’ve agreed the details of your service we can receive the goods into one of our warehouses. At the same time our IT team will work with you (or for you) to integrate your shopping platforms with our system and introduce you to the Order Management System. The whole process can be completed in as little as seven days.
Is it going to be difficult to get my orders integrated with your systems?
No, we have an experienced team with state-of-the-art tools at our disposal and we can look after the whole process for you.
What if my business grows, will you have space and staff to deal with that?
We have relationships with multiple warehouse facilities in the UK, EU and USA, so we’re ready to scale up whenever you’re ready.
Is there a human I can talk to?
Yes, all clients have a dedicated Client Manager on our Customer Success Team, who is on the end of the phone or email Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
Do you collect orders from all platforms?
We’ve integrated with over 70 different platforms in our time, so we’ve probably already worked with your platform, and if we haven’t, we can learn!
Does the size and weight of my product matter?
No, we’ve got warehouse solutions suitable for any type of product. Car parts or toiletries – we can manage anything!
How can I manage my inventory and see my orders?
Our Order Management System can be accessed via our home page and is available to you 24/7.
How many orders per week do I need to work with you?
We are happy to work with you on any levels of orders, but we typically find businesses processing 50+ orders per week really benefit from a fulfilment company’s services.
Do my products need barcodes?
No, as long as the cartons are clearly labelled, you don’t need barcodes.
Can you put together kits and bundles?
Yes, you can combine products on your website and let fulfilrr do the work of picking and combining SKUs into one parcel for delivery. This could also be in the shape of promotions such as gift with purchase or bulk discount offers.
What if customers need to return a product?
You can specify how you would like returns processed and we will follow that. For example, they can be checked and re-stocked, re-worked or disposed of. We will log all returns on the Order Management System for you to see.
Can you get me a discount on delivery charges?
Most likely yes! We deal with a whole range of couriers and have contracts in place with all of them. You can benefit from the bulk shipping rates we’ve negotiated for all our clients.
Can I track my customer’s orders?
Yes, in the Order Management System you can see the status of every order and if your carrier option provides tracking, you can see that too.
Can I mix orders to wholesale clients (B2B) with orders to end consumers (B2C)?
Yes, by storing your product in one location and by using the Order Management System, both functions can be managed by the system and fulfilled by us.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we can deliver anywhere in the world. If you find your business growing on one continent we can advise you of warehouse options on that continent which may save you time and money.
Are there any hidden costs?
At fulfilrr we guarantee there are no hidden costs or extra management charges, as long as you hit 50 orders per week. We understand products can flex in demand across a month/season/year, so we will work transparently with you to ensure your pricing structure works for you. We will give you a clear cost per order upfront, so you are fully informed of your profit per order.
How do you calculate your warehousing fees?
Our storage costs are based on a per pallet fee.
Where are you based?
Our office and one warehouse is in Milton Keynes, UK. We use other warehouse locations across the UK alongside one in Germany and one in California, USA.
